• Do I need trading experience to use these EAs?

Not at all. Our EAs are designed to be 100% automated. You just need to install them once, and the EAs will handle the entire trading process. A detailed installation guide is included with your download.

• What is the minimum balance required?

The minimum requirement is usually $100 (with 0.01 lot, leverage from 1/100), small balances should use cent accounts at Roboforex broker. However, we recommend starting with a balance you are comfortable with.

• How do I download the correct MetaTrader 4 version?

Please download the MetaTrader 4 (desktop) directly from your broker’s website. If you encounter any issues finding the correct installer or need help with the setup, feel free to contact us for installation support.

• What is the expected monthly return?

The returns depends on risk settings and lot size. You should start with small lot size for 2 weeks with low risk first, then evaluate the risk to increase lot size accordingly.

For example: you start with 500 USD and 0.01 lot for 2 weeks and get 100 USD profit and 10% drawdown, then you evaluate the risk and can accept higher drawdown and increase lot size to 0.02 lot with higher expectation.

• Does the strategy use Martingale or dangerous Grid methods?

No. Our strategy focuses on capital preservation. Every trade has Stop Loss and Take Profit. We do not use dangerous Martingale or Grid methods.

• Should I use multiple EAs on one account?

It is possible, but you must ensure your account balance is sufficient to handle the margin requirements for multiple strategies. For beginners, we recommend running one EA per account for easier monitoring.

• How many accounts can I use the EA with?

There is no limit on the number of MT4 accounts and brokers.

• Can I use the EAs on Mac OS or Mobile?

The EAs must be installed on the MetaTrader 4 on Windows. It does not run directly on mobile apps or native Mac OS. Solution: most Mac users run the EA on a VPS (Windows server), which then allows them to monitor trades from their iPhone or Android phone via the MetaTrader 4 app.

• Can I backtest the EA before purchasing?

Yes, the backtesting functionality is completely free and does not require a License Key. The key is only required to activate Live Trading.

• Where do I enter the License Key?
